I know — everyone says design should be human-centred, but to me, that means starting with the problem first rather than a solution already in mind.
Accessibility is often treated as an afterthought, outweighed by timelines or other priorities. To me, it is considered from the very beginning, so inclusion is always built in rather than fit in later.
Design is never just one person’s work. The best outcomes come from people bringing different perspectives together and shaping ideas as a team.
Technology should support human thinking, not replace it.
